Who receives your inquiry

The White Barn at Cielo Farms Nursery, 4680 Volunteer Road, Southwest Ranches, FL 33330. Contact: events@whitebarneventsfl.com.

What we collect and why

We collect the name, contact information, organization, and event details you choose to submit so our team can respond, coordinate a visit, and prepare an event proposal. Please do not include payment-card details, identification documents, or medical information.

Event inquiries and marketing

Permission to respond to an inquiry is separate from the optional marketing checkbox. We do not add inquiry submissions to cold-outreach campaigns. Optional marketing permission is recorded with the submission. You may withdraw it by emailing us or replying “Unsubscribe” to an email.

Service providers and security

This site is designed to use Vercel for hosting and an encrypted inquiry store. Once enabled, our configured sales-notification service receives inquiry details for follow-up. These services process data for operation of this site. We do not sell inquiry information. Technical protections include encrypted transport, access controls, and server-side validation. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and requests

Inquiry records in this system expire after 180 days. Separate booking, accounting, or contract records may follow a different retention period. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information. Limited suppression records may be retained to honor a request not to be contacted.

Cookies and analytics

These landing pages do not use advertising pixels, third-party tracking scripts, or analytics cookies. Hosting providers may process technical request logs for security and service operation.
